Description:
The Steel Magnetic Recess Former is used for fixing lifting anchors in steel precast concrete, supported by high powerful permanence magnets.
They are suitable in Capstan lifting anchors from 1.3t to 10.0t and even 20.0t or 30.0t for customers' requirements.
The corresponding rubber grommet is available. 

Steel Magnetic Recess Former Features

The good and fastest way to fix and position lifting pin anchor and build recess on the steel formwork quickly and precisely.

The magnetic recess former did not need a mold hole to arrange former stud like rubber recess former.

It can extend steel formwork life and non-damage.

The magnetic recess former needs a rubber seal to prevent concrete into recess. The lifting pin anchor with a double head did not need the rubber seal.

All magnetic formers are color zinc plated for corrosion resistance or made with rubber coating. So that it can reusable for more than 3000 times.
