A1: Yes, we accept small trial orders. Besides, trial order's product quality is the same to massive production.

Q2: Can you send samples to test?

A2: Sure, sample is welcomed, while the sample's fare and freight at your cost.

For specific products, please consult with inquiry. We can supply samples at a cost of twice the selling price. If you place an order, the sample fee will be refunded.

Q3: What is your MOQ ?

A3: Minimum order quantity of different products are different.

Q4: How long is the sample lead time?

A4: For existing samples, it takes 10~15 days.

Q5: How long is the production lead time?

A5: 60days for new order, 45days for repeated order.

Q6: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A6: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG or PDF,etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
