【Operation steps】

Manual method

1. Add 200ul of sample solution, 600ul of pyrolysis adsorption solution and 2ul of magnetic bead solution into the centrifuge tube (shake and mix well before absorption), stand for 5min, shake and mix well for 2min, use magnetic separation frame to absorb magnetic beads and remove the supernatant;
2. Add 800ul detergent I, vibrate for 1 min, absorb magnetic beads and remove supernatant;
3. Add 400ul detergent II, vibrate for 1 min, absorb magnetic beads, remove supernatant and let it stand for 3-5min to remove residual ethanol;
4. Add 100ul eluent, mix gently, elute for 5 min, absorb magnetic beads, recover eluent containing nucleic acid into RNase free centrifuge tube for subsequent detection or storage at - 20 ℃ or below.

Nucleic acid extractor

1. Take out the precast slab (strip) and carefully tear off the seal;
2. Add 200ul sample to the 1.5ml tube;
3. Put the prefabricated plate (strip) and magnetic sleeve (strip) into the corresponding position in the nucleic acid extractor;
4. According to the instruction manual of the instrument, select the corresponding automatic extraction program to start the extraction;
5. The eluent containing nucleic acid can be used for subsequent detection or storage at - 20 ℃ after sealing.

1. Appearance: the kit has complete components, complete package, clear label and no liquid leakage.Prefabricated slab (strip) containing magnetic bead suspension: it shall be black solid-liquid mixture; other liquid components shall be clear liquid.
2. Quantity and net content:The quantity of the product is equal to the marked value, and the net content shall not be less than 90% of the marked value;
3. Extraction efficiency ≥ 85%
4. Precision: use the kit to extract the standardized enterprise reference 10 times, the repeatability error CV is not more than 5%.

【Precautions】

1. The solution contains protein denaturant. If it is accidentally splashed on the skin and mucous membrane,wash it with plenty of water immediately.
2. RNA is easy to degrade. When it is used for RNA virus extraction and detection, please use RNase free product for centrifugation tube and gun head. After purification, the product can be usedIt should be used as soon as possible or stored at - 20 ℃; for long-term storage, please keep at - 70 ℃ or add RNase inhibitor.
3. This reagent is only used for nucleic acid extraction before molecular diagnosis in vitro. Please read this manual carefully before experiment.
4. Avoid freezing and thawing the reagents in the kit unnecessarily.
5. This product is disposable and can not be reused. After the reagent is used, the waste is treated as relevant medical waste.
