1.Open the bag, take out the cassette from the package, and place it on a clean, level surface.
2. Remove the lid and put the cotton core directly under the tongue for two minutes to soak the
saliva(Note:Keep your tongue pressed against the wick and don't roll it up),The wick must be
immersed in the saliva for two minutes or until the liquid appears in the viewing window of
the cassette.
3.After two minutes, remove the test object from the sample or under the tongue, close the lid,
and place it on a flat surface.
4.Start the timer. Read the result after 15 minutes.
5.After the test is completed, put the test card in the disposal bag and put it in the garbage.

【INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS】
Two lines appear. One line should always appear in the control line region(C), and another one apparent colored line should appear in the test line region. If the results are positive, you should go to medical institutions、the health department or the medical emergency service mmediately, take quarantine measures to reduce the spread of SARS-CoV-2 to the general population.
NOTE: The intensity of the color in the test line region (T) will vary based on the amount of SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein present in the sample. So any shade of color in the test region (T) should be considered positive.
Negative:
One colored line appear in the control region(C) .No apparent colored line appear in the test line region. If it is a negative result , but with typical symptoms of New Coronavirus infection , it is still nessary to go to a professional medical institution as soon as possible.
Invalid: Control line fail to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect proced-ural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. If it is invalid, Check the test procedure and repeat the test with a new test cassette.
If the problem persists, stop using the test immediately.
