Three storey modular house units for easy install at sight for seasonal travel sites. Each floor can utilized for different function including living area, bedroom and office. 

Each floor is built with 2 standard 20FT sized container house and one base of container house. External stair attached on side of the balcony for easy access. 

Living room design, 2 standard size container house is enough for most hotel living room design.
Bedroom design. Recommend to be placed on first or second floor for the best sight viewing. A fully intergrated bathroom is included.
Office design. 30 square meter area can be utilized for office for over 10 staff. Also have a fully equiped bathroom.

This is meaning that if clients have his or her own requirement on house floor plan, appearance, we can have our design team to build a 3D model and render pictures for customers have better understanding of the final product will be like. 

Own professional installation team

We have technician with superior experience on installation who can help solve any problem during constructing. Due to Covid-19 situation, we are unable to arrange our staff to foreign countries, but we can still offer online service. 

Own dedicated container house production base

The construction area of our production base is 15,000 sqm, 15 welding platforms, 130 sets output per day and 1,000 sets of various models are in stock. 500 sets of stair guardrails are available. For more detail, please refer to the video at the end.

Standard container house introduction

Flat-packed Modular House matches ISO dimensions and have the advantages of international transport. The construction is based on a stable frame and interchangeable wall panels. The individual modular houses can be stood side-by-side in longitudinal and transverse direction without limits. It also can be stacked to 3 stories height on top of each other. Individual sizes of space can be achieved by removing outer wall panels and fitting partitions.The flat-packed modular houses can be delivered assembled or individually—in packages 647mm high. The storeys of flat packed container house can’t be over 3.

Advantages of container house

High resist material

Able to endure natural disaster like hurricane and seismic. Made of galvanized steel frame which provide strength against force from horizontal and vertical. Wall and roofing are made of mineral wool sandwich panels which have great heat insulation. Panels are coated with PE coating to help surface metal resist to chemicals.

Fast assemble

Designed to be easily assembled. Can easily installed at site and be used for accommodate. Compare to traditional building process require much less workers and constructing time. An experienced team of worker can assemble each container house in few hour.Refer to thisvideo.

Utility

Can be used for living, office and hospital. All parts except frame of the container house are removable which enable clients combine any numbers of the container house together. Can even been stacked to maximum of three storey. The panels are also interchangeable, clients can decide to use different insulation material to achieve different goal. For example, PU panel can be used for better heat insulation, EPS panel can be used to reduce the weight of the entire container house.

Environmental friendly

Unlike traditional building, container house are portable after use. You can disassemble the container house and move it to other places and reuse it. Otherwise, traditional building will stay in one place and waste all the material and human resource built it.

Easy to transport

Our container house comes in a container tightly packed to avoid and damage during transportation which also helps them easy to transport. Unlike traditional building would require roads that can endure trucks weigh more than 20 ton.
